L’occasion d’analyser en profondeur le projet humain, de prendre en compte tous les enjeux de solidarité et de justice, de réaliser enfin le partage entre le Nord et le Sud, d’engager une dynamique pour réussir l’aide au développement, de mettre en place des mécanismes de financements innovants.»
